Windows 7: Durch admin gesperrt

Hallo an die 'Könner'
Ich habe seit geraumer Zeit das Problem, dass Programme nicht ausgeführt werden.
Es heißt dann immer 'ist vom Admin gesperrt'...

Aufgefallen ist es, weil mein Akku nicht mehr geladen wird (Laptop).
Dann hab ich mal gegoogelt und sollte dann mal in die RegEdit etwas ändern,
da kam dann die Meldung mit dem Admin.... ??? Aber ich selbst bin Admin... dachte ich??!!

Naja. Dann las ich, dass ich die Eingabeaufforderung öffnen sollte... das selbe Problem.
Auch der TaskManager geht nicht mehr..
Hab mehrere Virenscannner/-Programme laufen lassen, das ergab auch nichts.

Dann hab ich HijackThis runtergeladen und habe dieses Protokoll nun erstellt.
Wenn Ihr damit etwas anfangen könnt, dann bitte ich hiermit mal ganz unkomplizert um HIIIIIIIIFEEEEE!!!!!
