hilfe ! Stimmen meine usb anschlüsse ???

Hi an alle
bei meinem pc funktioniert internet nicht richtig, hängt sich nach kurzer zeit auf und auch der drucker (multifunktionsgerät) druckt und kopiert, aber scannt nicht. hotline sagte, usb anschlüsse stimmen nicht.
