Abstürze auf windows/Ubuntu, Grund unbekannt und zufällig

Hallo!

Klingt nach Hardwaredefekt. Zumal auch beide OS gleichermassen betroffen sind. PC oder Notebook?

Die Fehlermeldung wäre natürlich interessant!

Mach als erstes mal einen Memtest um die Arbeitsspeicher zu testen. Dazu startest du Ubuntu und wählst im Grub-Auswahlmenü weiter unten den Punkt Memtest. Sollte der nicht zur Verfügung stehen, dann nimm eine Installations-CD/Stick, boote davon und dann sollte der Memtest im ersten Auswahlmenü erscheinen. Das ist ein Endlostest, du musst ihn also selbst mit "esc" beenden. Du musst mindestens einen Pass durchlaufen lassen (wird oben angezeigt). Dauert etwa eine Stunde. Erscheint auch nur ein Error (meist rot), abbrechen und die RAMs einzel testen bis der Übeltäter gefunden ist.

Eine kleine Übersicht über die installierte HW erhältst du mit dem Terminalbefehl "lspci". Weitere Terminalbefehle zur HW-Ermittlung siehe hier:

Insbesondere "sudo dmidecode -t0 -t1 " gibt Infos zu Hersteller und Modell etc.

Hallo!

Was heisst denn memtest steigt aus? Der Screenshot sieht erst mal normal aus. Jedenfalls keine Errors bis dahin. Steht aber erst bei 3%.
Es sind 2 Riegel á 2GB verbaut. Einzel testen tust du sie halt, indem du einen der beiden ausbaust und wechselweise testest. Wie das geht, steht in deinem Manual.

Ich würde mal ins Ubuntuusersforum gehen, da hats mehr Hardwarespezialisten als hier im Linux-Unterforum. Und dort die Fehlermeldung
drm_kms_helper: panic occurred, switching back to text console
lt. screenshot einstellen.

Ja der Memtest bleibt einfach stehen, grad nochmal probiert es kommt zwar keine Fehlermeldung aber es bleibt einfach stehen...kann dann auch nichtmehr mit esc rebooten

Wie gesagt, ich gehe da mal von einem Hardwaredefekt aus.
Du könntest ja mal testweise, den Memtest von der Installations-CD aus durchführen. Dabei wird die Festplatte nicht angesprochen. Und schauen, ob der Test dann durchläuft. Falls ja, hätte man zumindest mal ein Ergebnis für die RAMs.

Falls das alles nichts weiter erbringt, musst du dir wohl woanders Hilfe holen. Ggf. dann eben auch in einer Werkstatt.
