We have already over 00:00 Kabul Time, bute the Date is not changed, here please check screenshot attached.
For Timezone i have selected Kabul.

Day-Date changed with germany localtime 00:00
If Kabul is already 00: 00o'clock! and in germany before twelve o'clock!
There is problem with TimeZone (Time Difference) It disyplay a wrong Time zone!
Again After 0:00 o'clock! Kabul Time all Time Zone get mix up!
