Mein vista friert immer wieder ein hilfeeee ??????

Hallo das hier ist mein erster beitrag

mein vista friert seit ein paar tagen nix geht mehr außer die taste "RESET" nach ein neustart läuft er wieder nur nicht lange,das passiert wenn ich mal ein video in youtube anschauen will oder einfach im internet surfe oder update installiere ect.

ich danke schon mal jetzt an allen

alle updates sind insatlliert

Wurde in den BIOS-Einstellungen was verändert ?

nein in denn bios habe ich nichts gemacht,virus scan ist ganz normal er findet nix

seit ein paar tagen ist das so,habe denn avm treiber und creative treiber neu installiert

Vllt liegts da ran...
Deinstallieren und eine andere Version der Treiber versuchen...

Wenns nichts brauche sag bescheid...

Und überprüf deine Prozesse wie viele du hast...

Und schau mal die CUP-Auslastung...

ok cpu auslastung 6%

Prozesse haben 2394.0mhz 

cpu
auslastun ändert sich immer 20% 

aber im moment zwichen 1 und 4 % CPU

Pawlo was meinst du sind die werte normal ? 

Die werte sind zufrieden stelent aber der pc überhitzt ich würde empfelen den computer offen zu lassen damit dein computer nicht heisleuft überprüfe die lüfter
