Internet Explorer öffnet sich von alleine mit Werbung!

Hi Leute, ich habe seit heute das Problem, dass der Internet Explorer sich ca. alle 10 min von selbst mit Werbung öffnet. Ich habe mal im Taskmanager alle unötogen und mir unbekannten Prozesse geschlossen und habe jetzt auch Ruhe aber ich will den Virus wenn es einer ist ja auch runter haben, kriege nur irgendwie nicht raus wie der Virus heußt bzw. wo er sich befindet.
Ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir helfen....

Ich verwende Windows Vista,
Internet Explorer wird fast
garnicht benutzt, fahre mit Firefox.
Antivirusprogramm: AVG vollversion.
