Email: „Change your password 1893274 immediately. Your account has been hacked.“

Wer eine solche oder ähnlich lautende Email von sich selber erhält, sollte aufpassen: Betrüger versuchen mit der Nachricht von einem angeblich gehackten Email-Postfach, schnell Geld zu verdienen. Angeblich hat man sich auf einer Webseite einen Virus eingefangen, der über die Webcam des eigenen Computers Fotos und Videos aufgenommen haben soll, während man auf „Adult Websites“ gesurft habe.

Zahlt man kein „Schweigegeld“, sollen die aufgenommenen Bilder an Freunde, Verwandte, Bekannte und alle anderen gespeicherten Kontakte auf dem PC weiterversendet werden.

In den meisten Fällen ist diese Email nicht echt und man sollte sich keine Gedanken machen – vor allem aber das Geld nicht bezahlen. Um ganz sicher zu gehen, sollte man den PC aber trotzdem auf Viren durchsuchen – kostenlose Anti-Virus Tools dafür zeigen wir hier.
